Tyler is a honey-processed coffee where the coffee bean is dried in its mucilage using the heavy, cold winds of the Inga region of Colombia. Tyler comes from land ruled by a "cabildo" or group of elders that make sure ancestral traditions are passed on through the flavor of this coffee.

Roast: Dark

Medium - single-cup brewers, most pour-over brewers, Syphon coffee makers, and Aeropress brewers that require 3+ minutes of brewing time. What many coffee shops will use for a regular cup of drip coffee.

Fine - common grind size in pre-ground coffee packages. Moka pot and other stovetop espresso makers. Commonly used in coffee shops for espressos.

Wow! This is great coffee. Smooth and the best flavour.

Balanced, smooth, and beautiful flavor

As a dark roast, this coffee is so incredibly smooth, but wonderfully fruity. The apple and raspberry take turns on each sip that I take, but the sugarcane never leaves the tastebuds and provide a caramel adjacent counterbalance to the acidity. Additionally, the honey-processed consistency makes this an absolute joy, especially when taken through an immersion brew method.
