New Fresh Roasts : PDA & Tulips

VIP First Look: New Single-Origin Roasts Coming Soon

Before the official release, we’re giving our VIP community an exclusive first look at two brand-new coffees about to hit the Paper Street lineup. These are limited-release, single-origin roasts with bold profiles and tightly dialed roast curves. If you’re not already signed up for the newsletter, now’s the time—it’s the only way to be first in line when these go live.

Tulips — Colombia

Medium-Light Roast

Tasting Notes: Passion Fruit · Peach · Caramel

Origin: Colombia

Tulips is bright, expressive, and designed to showcase the vibrancy of high-grown Colombian coffee. Roasted to a medium-light profile, it opens with sharp tropical notes of passion fruit and peach, finishing with a soft, caramelized sweetness.

This is a clean cup with beautiful clarity—best enjoyed as a pour-over, Chemex, or any brew method that honors nuance. If you like complexity without heaviness, Tulips will be your go-to. It’s the kind of roast that invites you to slow down and really taste what’s in your cup.

PDA — Tanzania

Medium Roast

Tasting Notes: Dulce de Leche · Nuts · Cocoa

Origin: Tanzania

PDA is a warm, comforting roast that hits the sweet spot between richness and approachability. Roasted to a medium level, it delivers a smooth, creamy profile with notes of dulce de leche, roasted nuts, and deep cocoa.

It’s satisfying as a French press, excellent as espresso, and works beautifully with milk without losing its balance. If Tulips is a bright morning jog, PDA is a cozy armchair. Think depth, comfort, and just the right amount of indulgence.
