February Sweetheart : Rose Latte


Paper Street Coffee's February drink of the month is the Rose Latte! 

Available at both our cafe locations for a special treat that's pretty in pink but only until March 1.

If you feel like being fancy at home we are sharing the love, follow the recipe below and have a lovely day. 


Rose Latte Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

1. Espresso ( we use The Eraser)

2. 25 grams rose syrup

3. 200 ml Milk

4. 2 grams Beet powder

5. Ice ( or enjoy hot!)

Tools : Froth mixer

Detailed Instructions: 

For Iced Rose Latte

Step 1 : Make your espresso

Step 2 : Mix your 30g of rose syrup into your espresso

Step 3: in another cup mix 200ml of milk and 2g of beetroot powder into a foam

Step 4: Pour your pink foam over ice

Step 5: Pour your rose espresso into your milk foam

Step 6: Shower your finished drink with dried rose petal love

 

For Hot Rose Latte 

Step 1 : Make your espresso

Step 2 : Mix your 30g of rose syrup into your espresso

Step 3: in another cup place 200ml of steamed milk and mix in 2g of beetroot powder 

Step 4: Pour your pink foam into your serving mug

Step 5: Pour your rose espresso into your milk 

Step 6: Shower your finished drink with dried rose petal love
