Dialed In: Espresso at Paper Street

Virtually all beans are able to be used for espresso. It just depends on what flavor profile you are going for.
An espresso bean is usually a bean that is roasted very dark (almost burnt), that is what gives the bold taste.
At our Paper Street coffee cafes we use "The Eraser" as the foundation of all our espresso based drinks and "Marla" for whoever wants a lighter roasted coffee
Enjoy rich, complex flavors? The Eraser medium roast is crafted from coffee beans grown in the volcanic soil of Colombia's Sierra Nevada. This elevation allows for a coffee that is smooth and full-bodied, with distinctive notes of honey, floral accents, and a vibrant black cherry finish.

Marla, this single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region, will deliver a balanced, sweet, and smooth cup that will keep you hooked with its dessert like flavor profile
