Giddyup! with Cowboy Cold Brew Coffee
Yeehaw!

The Cowboy Cold Brew is a newer addition to the menu at Paper St. Coffee + PRVN in Nashville, a top favorite one people love and come back for. Cold brew coffee uses our Tyler Roast, and is topped with a honey chocolate protein cold foam that'll really brisk up your day!

Infused with the energy of the coffee that won the West
Cowboy coffee was originally devised to be strong and fuel teams of cowboys through long days of hard physical labor. We bring that energy to our strong cold brew ; a modern day take for your daily wrangles from workouts to workins'.
Quality Ingredients
The base is cold brew made with Tyler, our honey-processed Colombian medium roast.
The original cowboy coffee of the west was glazed in sugar and egg after roasting to seal the flavor in for the long haul. Our Paper Street Coffee Tyler gives a tip of the hat to that; honey-processed so the fruit's own sugars dry right onto the bean before it ever hits the roaster.
Which is why we chose it for our Cowboy Cold brew .
Cream of the crop on top: chocolate protein cold foam, made with honey and heavy cream. Thick enough to sit on top, and it folds into the coffee as you drink it.
Our very own Cowboy

Cowboy Brad came into the cafe at 6 AM after coaching the 5 AM PRVN class and asked us to make him something that was highly caffeinated and low sugar and Barista Ainsley stepped up to the challenge, added protein and honey fuel and crafted this rootin tootin coffee creation! That is how the Paper Street Coffee Cowboy cold brew was born!
If you fancy a try to make it at home
Start with the Colten Mertens' gallon cold brew recipe using Tyler roast.
The cold foam is:
🍫 chocolate protein powder
🍯 honey
🥛 heavy cream
💫 whipped until its strong like your will.
Proportions are yours. Some people want it thicker, some want it sweeter. You're the boss of you.
