🍪 Sugar Cookie Latte — Single-Serving Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso( we use "the Eraser" roast)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup

  • 1 sugar cookie, crushed

  • 6–8 oz milk of your choice

  • Cold foam 

  • 2 mini sugar cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Add vanilla syrup to your cup.

  2. Pour in your freshly pulled espresso shot.

  3. Add the crushed sugar cookie and stir while the espresso is hot so it melts in.

  4. Steam or warm your milk and pour it over the mixture.(Not if serving iced)

  5. Top with cold foam

  6. Finish with two small sugar cookies on top.

  7. Serve Iced or hot.
