Ingredients

1 shot of espresso ( we use "the Eraser" roast)

Single-Serving Ginger Snap Milk (recipe below)

Candied ginger (for topping)
Single-Serving Ginger Snap Milk

8 oz milk (1 cup)

1 oz (20g) ginger snaps, crushed

1 tbsp dark brown sugar
Ginger Snap Milk Instructions

Add milk, crushed ginger snaps, and brown sugar to a small pot.

Heat gently, stirring until cookies dissolve and mixture is smooth.

Strain if desired for a cleaner texture.

Use immediately.
Build the Latte

Pour ginger snap milk into your cup (steam if you want it hot).

Add 1 shot of espresso.

Top with a few pieces of candied ginger.

Serve hot or iced.
A Little Extra
Using real ginger snaps gives this latte a deep, molasses-spiced sweetness. The candied ginger adds a bright pop on top.
