Tyler is a honey-processed coffee where the coffee bean is dried in its mucilage using the heavy, cold winds of the Inga region of Colombia. Tyler comes from land ruled by a "cabildo" or group of elders that make sure ancestral traditions are passed on through the flavor of this coffee.

Roast: Dark

Notes: Peach - Lime - Black Tea

Best Dark Roast EVER

Never been a fan of dark roasts, but it's Paper St and I haven't had anything from them I haven't liked. Brewed easily in the chemex, tried it with just a bit of butter and hot. First to last taste was smooth and enjoyable, I've come to expect nothing less from Paper St crew.
