We present the Scarlet Velvet February drink of the month. Available for February only at Paper St Coffee Cresskill, New Jersey location or warm up your barista skills and make it at home! 

 Scarlet Velvet Recipe - Red velvet cheesecake latte with red velvet cookie

    •    1 double shot espresso
    •    1 cup milk
    •    Red velvet  syrup 
    •    Cheesecake foam – ¼ cup 
    •    Optional garnish: heart sprinkles with red velvet cookie on top

 Cheesecake Foam
    •    ¼ cup heavy cream (or sweet cream)
    •    1 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
    •    1 Tbsp vanilla syrup (or sugar)
    •    Pinch of salt

Blend or froth until thick and pourable.
