Matcha Cloud — A Paper St. Coffee’s Summer Cafe Exclusive

Inspired by the bright energy of summer, with real, vibrant, delicious, and refreshing ingredients — Paper St. Coffee brings you the Matcha Cloud, featuring a returning favorite: the Bluebird tea.

It’s bright blue,It’s coconut and it’s matcha.  And it’s one of three summer cafe exclusive drinks available at both Paper St. Coffee cafe locations starting June 1, 2026.

The drinks star of the show is our Bluebird butterfly pea flower tea —with  a deep cobalt blue hue that comes from its rich antioxidant content — the same natural pigments found in blueberries!

In the Matcha Cloud:

: Coconut Water

Naturally rich in electrolytes — potassium, magnesium, and sodium — coconut water is one of the most effective natural hydration sources you can drink, and it brings a clean, light sweetness that carries the other flavors without competing with them. For a summer drink, it’s such a perfect choice.

: Bluebird Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

St.’s own. Deep blue, color-shifting, antioxidant-rich, and caffeine-free. 

: Matcha Powder

Matcha contains L-theanine — an amino acid that works alongside its natural caffeine to produce calm, focused energy. It’s earthy and grounding, and in the Matcha Cloud it anchors the lighter, floral notes of the butterfly pea flower tea and coconut water into synergistic balance.

: Heavy Cream

The cloud part of the matcha , a heavenly silk fluff that elevates not only the creamy factor but infuses the tasty benefits that heavy cream brings.

: Toasted Coconut Chips

Toasting deepens the flavor, releases the natural oils ,  intensifies the sweetness, and develops a warm nuttiness that raw coconut doesn’t have. The chips sit on top of the cream, add the right amount of texture in the drink, and connect back to the coconut water at the base.
