Holiday S’mores Latte — Single-Serving Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 shot espresso( we use "the Eraser" roast)

• 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow syrup)

• 6–8 oz milk of your choice

• 1 marshmallow “festive friend” for topping

• Torch (for toasting), if you have one

Instructions

1. Add marshmallow fluff to your cup.

2. Pour the espresso shot over it to melt and mix.(In a hot safe cup first if serving iced)

3. Add cold foam milk,steamed or warmed milk and stir.

4. Place your marshmallow topper on the drink.

5. Carefully toast it with a torch until golden (or use a broiler or open flame safely).

6. Serve Iced or hot.
